What we collect and why蒐集的資料與目的収集するデータと目的

Under Taiwan's PDPA these purposes are: 040 marketing, 069 contract matters, 090 customer management and service, 136 information and database management, 148 online shopping and e-commerce, and 157 survey and statistics. Under the GDPR our legal bases are contract, consent (newsletter) and legitimate interest (security and analytics).依個人資料保護法，特定目的為：〇四〇 行銷、〇六九 契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務、〇九〇 消費者、客戶管理與服務、一三六 資（通）訊與資料庫管理、一四八 網路購物及其他電子商務服務、一五七 調查、統計與研究分析。依 GDPR，法律基礎為履行契約、同意（電子報）及正當利益（安全與分析）。台湾の個人資料保護法上の特定目的は、040 マーケティング、069 契約関連事務、090 顧客管理・サービス、136 情報・データベース管理、148 オンラインショッピング・電子商取引、157 調査・統計分析です。GDPR 上の法的根拠は、契約の履行、同意（ニュースレター）、正当な利益（セキュリティと解析）です。

• Account: your email, to sign you in and give you access to the apps you pay for.帳號：你的 email，用於登入及開通你付費的應用程式。アカウント：メールアドレス。ログインと、購入したアプリへのアクセス付与のため。
• Purchases: from Polar and Gumroad we receive your email, a customer ID and what you bought (never your card number), to deliver access, answer support and handle refunds.購買紀錄：我們從 Polar 與 Gumroad 取得你的 email、客戶編號與購買項目（絕不包含卡號），用於開通權限、客服與退款。購入情報：Polar と Gumroad からメールアドレス、顧客 ID、購入内容を受け取ります（カード番号は受け取りません）。アクセスの付与、サポート、返金対応のため。
• Booking and contact forms: your name, email, company, message and preferred time, to reply and schedule the call.預約與聯絡表單：姓名、email、公司、留言與偏好時間，用於回覆與安排通話。予約・お問い合わせフォーム：氏名、メールアドレス、会社名、メッセージ、希望日時。返信と日程調整のため。
• Newsletter: your email, to send the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.電子報：你的 email，用於寄送電子報，每期皆附取消訂閱連結。ニュースレター：メールアドレス。ニュースレター配信のため。毎号に配信停止リンクがあります。
• Analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited, device type and approximate location through cookies, to see what helps visitors.流量分析：Google Analytics 透過 cookie 記錄瀏覽頁面、裝置類型與大致位置，用於了解哪些內容對訪客有幫助。アクセス解析：Google Analytics が Cookie を通じて閲覧ページ、端末の種類、おおよその地域を記録します。どの内容が役立っているかを把握するため。
• Security: your IP address, briefly, to stop spam and abuse on our forms (rate limiting) and in server logs.安全：短暫記錄你的 IP 位址，用於防止表單垃圾訊息與濫用（流量限制）及伺服器日誌。セキュリティ：フォームのスパムや不正利用を防ぐため（レート制限）およびサーバーログのため、IP アドレスを短期間記録します。
• Language choice: stored only in your own browser.語言偏好：僅儲存在你自己的瀏覽器中。言語設定：お使いのブラウザ内にのみ保存されます。

Who helps us process it協助處理的對象処理を委託する事業者

We do not sell your data and do not share it for other companies' advertising. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.我們不出售你的資料，也不提供給其他公司做廣告用途。僅在法律要求時提供給主管機關。お客様のデータを販売することはなく、他社の広告目的で共有することもありません。法律で求められた場合に限り、当局へ開示します。

Where and how long利用地區與期間利用地域と保存期間

• Area: these providers store data on servers outside Taiwan, mainly in the United States, the EU and Asia. They are bound by contract to protect it.地區：上述服務商將資料存放於台灣境外的伺服器，主要位於美國、歐盟與亞洲，並依契約負有保護義務。地域：上記の事業者は、主に米国、EU、アジアなど台湾国外のサーバーにデータを保存し、契約により保護義務を負っています。
• Account data: while your account is active, then deleted within 12 months after you close it or ask us to.帳號資料：帳號有效期間內保存，帳號關閉或你提出要求後 12 個月內刪除。アカウント情報：アカウントが有効な間保存し、閉鎖またはご請求から 12 か月以内に削除します。
• Purchase records: as long as Taiwan tax and accounting law requires.購買紀錄：依台灣稅法與商業會計法規定期間保存。購入記録：台湾の税法および会計法で定められた期間保存します。
• Booking and contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange.預約與聯絡訊息：最後一次聯繫後最多保存 24 個月。予約・お問い合わせ：最後のやり取りから最長 24 か月保存します。
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: at most 14 months. Security data: only as long as needed to stop abuse.電子報：直到你取消訂閱。流量分析：最多 14 個月。安全資料：僅保存至防止濫用所需期間。ニュースレター：配信停止まで。アクセス解析：最長 14 か月。セキュリティ情報：不正利用の防止に必要な期間のみ。

Your rights你的權利お客様の権利

Under article 3 of Taiwan's PDPA you can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct it, stop its collection or use, and have it deleted. EU residents also have the rights to portability, to object and to complain to their data protection authority. Email bourcy.fabien@gmail.com. We answer access and copy requests within 15 days and other requests within 30 days, as the PDPA requires.依個人資料保護法第 3 條，你可以查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用，以及請求刪除。歐盟居民另享有資料可攜權、反對權及向資料保護機關申訴的權利。請寄信至 bourcy.fabien@gmail.com。依法我們將於 15 日內回覆查詢、閱覽與複製請求，其他請求於 30 日內回覆。台湾の個人資料保護法第 3 条に基づき、データの照会・閲覧、複製の交付、補充・訂正、収集・処理・利用の停止、削除を請求できます。EU にお住まいの方は、データポータビリティの権利、異議を述べる権利、データ保護当局へ苦情を申し立てる権利もあります。bourcy.fabien@gmail.com までご連絡ください。法律に従い、照会・閲覧・複製の請求には 15 日以内、その他の請求には 30 日以内に回答します。

If you prefer not to share data若你選擇不提供資料データを提供しない場合

You can read the whole site without giving us anything. Without an email we cannot create an account, sell you an app, send the newsletter or answer a booking request. You can block analytics cookies in your browser at any time.你可以在不提供任何資料的情況下瀏覽整個網站。沒有 email，我們就無法建立帳號、販售應用程式、寄送電子報或回覆預約請求。你可以隨時在瀏覽器中封鎖分析用 cookie。何も提供せずにサイト全体を閲覧できます。メールアドレスがない場合、アカウント作成、アプリの販売、ニュースレターの配信、予約への返信はできません。解析用 Cookie はブラウザでいつでもブロックできます。

Security安全措施セキュリティ

Everything runs over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Database access is locked down by row-level security and secret keys stay on the server. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly, as article 12 of the PDPA requires.全站使用 HTTPS 與嚴格的內容安全政策，資料庫以列級安全控管，機密金鑰僅存於伺服器端。若發生影響你資料的外洩事件，將依個人資料保護法第 12 條立即通知你。すべての通信は HTTPS で行われ、厳格なコンテンツセキュリティポリシーを適用しています。データベースは行レベルセキュリティで保護され、秘密鍵はサーバー側にのみ保管されます。万一お客様のデータに影響する漏えいが発生した場合は、個人資料保護法第 12 条に従い速やかにお知らせします。
