Using the apps使用應用程式アプリの利用

• You need an account with a working email. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.你需要以有效 email 建立帳號，請妥善保管登入資訊，帳號下的活動由你負責。有効なメールアドレスでのアカウントが必要です。ログイン情報は他人に教えないでください。アカウント上の行為はご本人の責任となります。
• Do not misuse the apps: no attempts to break security, overload the service, scrape it at scale, resell access or use it for anything illegal, including spam or unlawful data collection.請勿濫用應用程式：不得嘗試破壞安全機制、使服務超載、大量爬取、轉售使用權，或用於任何違法用途，包括垃圾訊息或非法蒐集資料。アプリを不正に利用しないでください。セキュリティの突破、過負荷、大規模なスクレイピング、利用権の転売、スパムや違法なデータ収集を含む違法行為は禁止です。
• The apps use AI and public data. Their output can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it, especially for safety, legal, tax or regulatory decisions.應用程式使用 AI 與公開資料，產出可能有誤或過時。重要事項請自行查核後再使用，尤其涉及安全、法律、稅務或法規的決定。アプリは AI と公開データを利用しています。出力が誤っていたり古かったりすることがあります。重要な判断、特に安全・法務・税務・規制に関わる判断の前には、必ずご自身で確認してください。
• You keep ownership of the data you put in. You confirm you have the right to use it.你輸入的資料所有權仍屬於你，並確認你有權使用這些資料。入力したデータの権利はお客様に帰属します。お客様はそのデータを利用する権利があることを保証するものとします。

Payments and subscriptions付款與訂閱お支払いとサブスクリプション

• Apps are paid on Polar's hosted checkout and guides on Gumroad. They act as the seller of record and handle payment, sales tax and invoices. We never see your card number.應用程式於 Polar 託管結帳頁付款，指南於 Gumroad 付款，由其擔任登記賣方，處理付款、銷售稅與發票。我們不會看到你的卡號。アプリは Polar、ガイドは Gumroad の決済ページでお支払いいただきます。両社が販売者として決済、売上税、請求書を処理します。カード番号を当方が見ることはありません。
• Prices are in US dollars. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime; see the refund policy.價格以美元計價。月費方案每月自動續訂，直到你取消為止。可隨時取消，詳見退款政策。価格は米ドル建てです。月額プランは解約するまで毎月自動で更新されます。いつでも解約でき、詳しくは返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
• If a price changes, we tell current subscribers by email at least 30 days before it applies. A change never affects a period you already paid for.若價格調整，將至少於生效前 30 天以 email 通知現有訂閱者，且不影響已付費期間。価格を変更する場合は、適用の 30 日以上前に既存の購読者へメールでお知らせします。支払い済みの期間には影響しません。
• Every payment is made by a person on the merchant's checkout page. AI agents can read the catalog but cannot pay for you.所有付款皆由真人在商家結帳頁完成。AI 代理可讀取商品目錄，但無法代你付款。すべての支払いは、ご本人が決済ページで行います。AI エージェントはカタログを読むことはできますが、代わりに支払うことはできません。

• Scope, price, timeline and acceptance criteria are set in a written quote. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.範圍、價格、時程與驗收標準以書面報價為準。若報價與本條款不一致，以報價為準。範囲、価格、スケジュール、受入基準は書面の見積もりで定めます。見積もりと本規約が異なる場合は、見積もりが優先します。
• Once paid in full, you own the deliverables built for you. We keep our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and give you a permanent licence to use them inside your deliverables.全額付清後，為你打造的交付成果歸你所有。我們保留既有的工具、程式庫與專業知識，並授予你在交付成果中永久使用的權利。全額のお支払い後、お客様のために制作した成果物はお客様のものになります。当方が以前から持つツール、コードライブラリ、ノウハウは当方に帰属し、成果物の中で永続的に使用するライセンスをお客様に付与します。
• We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work.我們對你的商業資訊保密，僅用於執行工作。お客様の業務情報は機密として扱い、業務の遂行にのみ使用します。

Drone services無人機服務ドローン業務

• Flights follow the rules of Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration and any local permissions. You give us lawful access to the site and tell us about hazards you know of.飛行遵守交通部民用航空局規定及當地許可。你需提供合法的現場進入權限，並告知已知的危險。飛行は台湾の民用航空局の規則と現地の許可に従います。お客様は現場への適法な立ち入りを確保し、把握している危険をお知らせください。
• The pilot's safety decision on the day is final. Weather and airspace reschedules follow the refund policy.當天飛手的安全判斷為最終決定。天候與空域改期依退款政策辦理。当日の操縦者の安全判断が最終決定となります。天候や空域による日程変更は返金ポリシーに従います。

Content and trademarks內容與商標コンテンツと商標

The site, the apps and their content belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Do not copy the apps or republish paid content.本網站、應用程式及其內容屬於我們或授權方所有。你可以分享連結並在註明出處下簡短引用，但不得複製應用程式或轉載付費內容。本サイト、アプリ、およびそのコンテンツは当方またはライセンサーに帰属します。出典を明記したうえでのリンク共有や短い引用は可能ですが、アプリの複製や有料コンテンツの転載は禁止です。

Availability and changes服務可用性與變更提供状況と変更

We work hard to keep the apps running but cannot promise they are never down. We may improve or change features. If we retire an app, the refund policy explains the notice and refund you get.我們盡力維持應用程式正常運作，但無法保證永不中斷。我們可能改進或變更功能。若應用程式停止服務，通知與退款方式詳見退款政策。アプリの安定稼働に努めていますが、停止しないことを保証するものではありません。機能を改善・変更することがあります。アプリの提供を終了する場合の通知と返金は返金ポリシーに定めています。

Limits of liability責任限制責任の制限

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.在法律允許的範圍內，我們對任何請求的總責任，以你在該請求前 12 個月內支付給我們的金額為上限，且不負擔利潤損失或資料遺失等間接損害。本條不限制故意或重大過失之責任，亦不影響消費者保護法賦予你且不得拋棄的權利。法律で認められる範囲で、いかなる請求についても当方の責任総額は、その請求前 12 か月間にお客様が当方に支払った金額を上限とし、逸失利益やデータ消失などの間接損害については責任を負いません。故意または重大な過失による責任、および消費者法上放棄できない権利は制限されません。

Governing law準據法與管轄準拠法と管轄

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taiwan Taichung District Court is the court of first instance, unless consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live.本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，並以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但消費者依法得於其所在地提起訴訟者，從其規定。本規約は台湾（中華民国）の法律に準拠します。第一審の管轄裁判所は台湾台中地方法院とします。ただし、消費者法によりお住まいの地で訴えを提起できる場合はそれに従います。

Changes to these terms條款變更規約の変更

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we email paying customers at least 30 days ahead.我們可能更新本條款，頁首日期為最新版本。重大變更將至少提前 30 天以 email 通知付費客戶。本規約を更新することがあります。ページ上部の日付が最新版を示します。重要な変更は、有料のお客様に 30 日以上前にメールでお知らせします。
